It is the responsibility of the guest making the booking to read and understand the following terms and conditions and to ensure that all other guests are also aware of and adhere to these terms.
Casa Libélula – Guest Terms & Conditions

By booking Casa Libélula, you agree to the following:

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Damage Deposit: A $500 credit card authorization is required at check-in. Charges apply for missing or damaged items (e.g., keys, fobs, towels).

Guest Responsibility: The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and provide the names of all overnight guests and vehicle details. Guest limits must be respected.

House Rules: No smoking indoors. No pets unless approved in advance. No fireworks or outdoor fires.

Housekeeping: Cleaning before arrival and after departure is included. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

Repairs & Malfunctions: We maintain the home to high standards, but occasional malfunctions may occur—no refunds for outages or repairs beyond our control.

Safety: Use of the pool, terraces, and outdoor areas is at your own risk. Surfaces may be slippery when wet.

Liability: The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal items during your stay.

Travel Requirements: Visitors from outside Costa Rica should have valid travel documents and are encouraged to obtain travel health and cancellation insurance.

Please treat the property with care, report any damage or issues promptly, and respect the peace and privacy of neighbors. Failure to follow these terms may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
